Caroline Forson brings over a decade of experience in HR and operations to her role. She holds a BSc in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM).
Her HR background spans employee onboarding, policy development, HR systems deployment and workforce consulting. She built this foundation in part through her work supporting HR initiatives at First African Savings and Loan, where she gained practical experience in change management and HR strategy.
On the operations side, Caroline manages end-to-end project delivery for Mech Consult clients, including GIZ Ghana, the West Africa Gas Pipeline Company, Breathe Cities, Clean Air Fund and the EU Delegation. She coordinates vendors, teams, budgets and timelines across communication campaigns, events and organisational programmes that involve multiple stakeholders.
Caroline is known for her critical thinking, emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. She focuses on aligning people and processes to help organisations work better and grow with purpose.
