The Ghana Job Fair (Hybrid Edition) 2021 needed a communications and event management partner skilled in handling a complex, high-profile event with many uncertainties — blending in-person and virtual participation across various stakeholder groups.
What We Did
Mech Consult handled communications and publicity for the Ghana Job Fair, which included media accreditation, media relations, stakeholder communications, and post-event coverage. We ensured the smooth coverage of the fair in the national media.
The Outcome
A successful Ghana Job Fair, well-attended and extensively covered, met its goals of connecting job seekers with employers and increasing awareness of the Centre’s services and mandate. Media coverage led to over 40% boost in engagement metrics on the Centre’s platform.
